A SCENARIO APPROACH TO ENSURING THE TERRITORIAL DEVELOPMENT OF LAND USE IN REGIONS
It was determined that the transformational processes taking place in the system of land relations require a rethinking of approaches to land use at the regional level. In recent years, the efficiency of land use has decreased, the level of regulatory monetary assessment, investment activity has decreased.
