Method: Data were obtained from 323 shift workers with a questionnaire from quantitative methods and analyzed with Smart PLS. Results: As a result of the analysis, a positive attitude towards shift work hurts not having time for oneself and neglecting life, which has a positive effect on work-life harmony and a negative effect on career satisfaction. A negative attitude towards shift work positively affects not having time for oneself, neglecting one's life, and having a life of work, and negatively affecting work-life harmony.
