In line with this, data were collected from 387 employees using the questionnaire technique and analysed with SmartPLS software. For the research's convergent validity, rho_c, rho_a analysis; for the research's convergent validity, AVE analysis; for the research's discriminant validity, HTMT analysis; for the research's model fit goodness, SRMR, d_ULS, d_G, Q², NFI analyses; for the model's structural analysis, β, VIF, f², R² and t-test analyses were performed. According to the results of the structural equation model analysis, it was revealed that the dimensions of work perception, caring for others, service, and professional citizenship affect digital skills significantly and positively.
