Traceability ensuring for measurements of the physical and/or chemical characteristics of human blood by organizing the Metrological Measurements Network

The human blood is rather complex substance for its physical-chemical characteristics measuring. These characteristics are extremely important for any doctor to estimate the human health conditions. It is clear that the reliability of diagnosis depends consistently on measurement results accuracy and, simultaneously, it is very difficult to organize the traceability in this field of measurements. The measurement of physical-chemical characteristics of human blood is one of the most technologically developed branch of measurement technic and science. But in terms of systems of units this sphere looks like Medieval Europe, when hundreds of different units for length, mass and volume have been used in different regions. The similar situation can be found out now when each manufacturer of human blood characteristics measuring instruments develops his own design and measuring principal so, that it defines his separate scale or quantity value equation. This case the comparability for the result of the same measurand would not be established. The use of presented Metrological Measurements Network (MMN) should solve such problem.
