Interdisciplinary Connections: the Formation of Professional Competencies of Future Medics

The process of integration of school knowledge of chemistry and physics into professional education of medical college students is considered. The practical aspect of application of integrated knowledge in laboratory practice, including examples of solving practical tasks is studied. The conclusion is made about the importance of interdisciplinary approach, formation of meaningful interrelationships to improve the professional competencies of students and their preparation for medical practice.
