Human Emotion Detection using Deep CNN
Understanding human emotions plays a pivotal role in various fields ranging from psychology to humancomputer interaction. Deep convolutional neural networks (CNNs) have become highly effective techniques for automatically detecting emotions from facial expressions in recent years. This research paper delves into the application of deep CNNs for human emotion detection. Leveraging datasets rich in annotated facial expressions, our study explores the architecture and training strategies of CNN models tailored for this task. We investigate the effectiveness of different CNN architectures, data augmentation techniques, and pre-processing methods in enhancing emotion recognition accuracy. Additionally,we analyze the interpretability of CNN models to gain insights into the features crucial for emotion detection. With ramifications for domainsincluding affective computing, human-computer interaction, and mental health evaluation, the results of this work push the boundaries of human emotion recognition through the use of deep CNNs
