Design and Implementation a Smart ICU Based on Cloud Computing

The Internet of Things (IoT) is a network of wireless, interconnected, and networked electronic devices that can gather, transmit, and store data without a need for human-to-human or human-to-computer interaction. The IoT system starts for accelerating and improving the provision of healthcare by proactively predicting health issues and diagnosing, treating, and monitoring patients both within and outside of hospitals. Based on these features, IoT-based healthcare has the potential to significantly boost population health and the effectiveness of the healthcare system. This paper introduces an effective solution to intensive care unit (ICU). A smart electronic circuit with the help of Arduino kit are the main contents of the proposed system, circuit was implemented to be used as an automatically oxygen flow based on oxygen meter values. speed response, low cost, small size and adaptive for other medical purpose can be considered the main motivation of the proposed system.
