Research and Application of Digital Twin Control System for Grain Drying
Digital twinning is a cutting-edge technological concept that creates a highly realistic virtual model by mapping entities or systems in the physical world into the digital world. The digital twin system is used to predict and control the grain drying process, ensuring that the grain moisture is in the desired range. On the other hand, the Michigan State University F.W. Professor Bakker-Arkema proposed four qualitative heat transfer partial differential equation is established to predict the mechanism of corn export water model, but grain drying is still facing the challenge of environment and food temperature influence, through the depth of the neural network to correct the key parameters in the mechanism model, put forward the mathematical model as the core of grain drying digital twin technology prediction control the drying process. The digital twin drying control system was developed and trained using previous drying data collected during the drying process. Subsubsequent drying test was conducted to verify the digital twin drying system.
