Integrated Ultrasound Imaging System based on FPGA and Monocrystalline Phased-Array Probe

Aiming at the limitations of traditional discrete medical ultrasound equipment due to its large size and restricted usage scenarios, this paper proposes an integrated ultrasound imaging system based on FPGA and monocrystalline phased array probe. First, the independently designed monocrystalline material ultrasound probe compensates for the performance instability and poor mechanical strength of traditional piezoelectric ceramic probes. Secondly, using high-performance microchips MAX14808, MAX14803 and AFE5807 to build ultrasonic detection and modulation circuits, the size of the circuit is effectively reduced and the architecture is optimized; The FPGA serves as the main control center, facilitating fast processing and resource allocation while effectively controlling system power consumption. Relevant tests show that the device meets the expected requirements of an integrated imaging system, achieving miniaturization and mobility, and providing a reference for the future research and development of new wearable medical ultrasound devices.
