The Design of DC Motor Driving Control System for Monorail Lifting Weight Walk Training Device
With the development of aging, more and more people need to carry out lower limb rehabilitation training, lower limb rehabilitation training is mainly carried out through lifting weight walk training device. In this paper, the design of monorail lifting weight walk training device deploys the DC motor to provide original power, through the speed reducer, sprocket and drive wheel to drive the housing to move. The weight lifted is adjusted manually and sensed by a tension sensor. The angle between the lifting rope and the vertical line is real-timely obtained by an angle sensor which is deployed as the feedback position signal of the control system. The STM32 chip is deployed as the core of the control system which carries out the tasks of data acquisition, processing information and exporting the PWM by the control software. The control system is applied to the monorail lifting weight walk training device. The results show that the control system performs well and applicable to the monorail lifting weight walk training device.
