Социально-экономическое развитие ресурсных регионов Крайнего Северо-Востока России: демографический и инфраструктурный потенциал (на примере Магаданской области)

The relevance of the study is related to the currently unresolved issues of providing the population in the regions of Russia's Far North-East with the household infrastructure. The work assesses the demographic potential of Magadan Oblast analyzes the housing availability for its population. Neither quantitatively nor qualitatively can the regional domestic infrastructure presently form a high standard of living, which is vital to ensure the inflow of highly qualified labour resources to the Far North. The formation of the up-to-date living environment in such regions as Magadan Oblast should take into account both the specifics of the northern resource economy and the present-day demographic and spatial transformations.
