Conception et mise en oeuvre d'une alimentation robotisée autonome d’une machine-outil par un manipulateur mobile dans le cadre du projet COROT
The Interreg Trans-Manche CoRoT project (2017-2022) aimed to support the transition of Arc Trans-Manche SMEs into Industry 4.0 by providing them with specific tools and training courses. The new technologies offer focused on the design and implementation of mobile manipulators. This article presents the mobile robotic handling solution designed and implemented by the GREAH laboratory to pick up raw parts from a storage area, transport them safely through various rooms, and place them precisely in the jaws of a machine-tool vice. In order to operate autonomously, each stage of this process requires the use of robust algorithms and detailed modelling of the constraints encountered. The proposed methods manage to overcome the scientific obstacles by using algorithms derived from artificial intelligence, and open up new opportunities for SMEs.
