Prospects for the use of aluminum waste in the production of aerated concrete

The article analyzes the growth of autoclaved aerated concrete production in the Russian market and the relevance of replacing natural raw materials with man-made ones when obtaining them. Based on the results of physico-chemical and technological studies, the fractional composition and proportion of Al2O3 content in aluminum production waste obtained in the production of aluminum by melting aluminum scrap were studied, and the possibility of their use as a poroobrazovant in the technology of aerated concrete products was established.
