An Efficient Algorithm to Get the Score for the DNA Analysis Depending on the Properties of Nitrogen Base
The genetic information is kept in the DNA and is encoded using four distinct bases (A-adenine, T-thymine, G-guanine, and C-cytosine). The approach for gathering data and constructing a practical design in accordance with the problem's requirements was utilized to analyze this issue. Height, peakness, and spacing of the called base serve as the model's three input characteristics. These three attributes may be computed in each of the three subsystems by accumulating data on base calling, which is then used in the main system to estimate a base's level of confidence in DNA sequencing. The MATLAB tool was used to construct this approach. It is studying the solution of the problem utilizing fuzzy logic. These employed models generated efficient results with excellent performance in the work and access to a high degree of precision.
