Impact of Gender Affirming Vaginoplasty on Lower Urinary Tract Function: A Single‐Center Prospective Cohort Study
In this study both the AUASI and UDI6 declined over time from initial preoperative evaluation to the 12 month follow up period, although the changes in AUASI and UDI6 score did not reach MID. Additionally, urodynamic measurements remained unchanged postoperatively. This data suggests that robotic peritoneal flap vaginoplasty has no effect on lower urinary tract function.
