Management of intellectual and innovative development of enterprises

According to the results of our research, we have proposed new directions of intellectualization in the system of formation of integrated potential of knowledge during the training of managers of linear and functional support. The scientific expediency of forming a systematic methodology for the development of organizational culture and its evaluation according to various directions and criteria has been confirmed. In particular, this approach is focused on social and innovative directions in the strategic management of enterprise development. We have developed a new model of reorientation of business organizations aimed at forming potential opportunities taking into account social components, that is, an emphasis on social innovation. The results of our research confirm that the systematic methodology of organizational culture development is an important factor in strategic management. It is proposed to evaluate this culture according to the following directions and criteria: innovativeness of the organizational culture, which reflects the ability to change and adapt; the innovativeness of the organizational climate, which contributes to the creation of comfortable conditions for creative activity; innovativeness of values and goals that determine strategic direction; innovativeness of means and methods of achieving set tasks; innovativeness of organizational behavior that demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in the external environment; innovativeness of interaction, which includes the ability to cooperate and cooperate; innovativeness of sustainable development, which includes resource conservation and ecological approaches; innovativeness of economic stability, which ensures stability in conditions of change; as well as innovativeness of enterprises as a single system.
