Failure Behavior and Safety Risk Assessment Method of Hydrogen-Electric Coupling System under Complex Operating Conditions

The synergistic application of hydrogen and electricity is crucial for green hydrogen utilization based on renewable energy. In-depth analysis of failure protection and safety risk management of hydrogen-electric coupling systems under complex conditions is essential for large-scale hydrogen utilization and the coordinated development of hydrogen and renewable energy electricity. This paper reviews the application scenarios of hydrogen-electric coupling systems and analyzes the long-term operation degradation and failure mechanisms of key components and systems in the hydrogen production-use-storage-transport process from the perspectives of materials, technical characteristics, and operating conditions. On the basis of actual cases, the paper proposes safety accident risk assessment methods and control measures for the operational characteristics of hydrogen-electric coupling systems. The conclusions of this paper can propmt the large-scale application of hydrogen-electric coupling systems in the fields of renewable electricity, energy storage, and green hydrogen economy, providing technical direction for improving system long-term operational stability under complex conditions and offering reference for system safety and risk prediction management.
