Research and application of key technologies for "zero carbon" construction in old revolutionary base areas

In the construction and development of the new era, in order to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation, effectively connect rural revitalization, infrastructure construction and red culture, promote green and low-carbon development, and support the construction of key cities in old revolutionary base areas, the existing documents and policies clearly state that local special funds, transfer payments, matching support and matching cooperation should be fully demonstrated. We will continue to improve the policy system for supporting the revitalization and development of old revolutionary base areas in the new era, and strive to create a good atmosphere for the whole society to support and participate in the revitalization and development of old revolutionary base areas. Therefore, on the basis of understanding the development status of "zero carbon" construction in the new era, this paper takes the smart energy multi-energy complementary integrated energy management system as an example to deeply explore the key technologies and effective countermeasures of "zero carbon" construction in the old revolutionary base area.
