Research on transportation scheme decision-making method based on double hierarchy hesitant fuzzy language
In the era of big data, the decision-making environment has undergone profound changes, and traditional decision-making methods cannot be applied to large-scale group decision-making (LGDM) problems. For urban transportation schemes, a managing consensus process in LGDM with self-confident double hierarchy interval hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set (SC-DHIHFLTS) is proposed. Firstly, based on the double hierarchy hesitant fuzzy language (DHHFL), the concept of SC-DHIHFLTS is proposed. The basic elements are composed of double hierarchy interval hesitant fuzzy set and self-confidence degree. Secondly, based on the SC-DHIHFLTS, a managing consensus process method in urban transportation schemes is developed, including expert distance measurement, qualitative and quantitative weight determination method, consensus model and adjustment mechanism, and intelligent decision-making is carried out by computer. Finally, the proposed LGDM consensus method is applied to a practical transportation scheme decision-making problem, and the effectiveness is verified by comparative analysis with existing methods.
