Rights and Obligations of Ukrainian Citizens in Polish Law
This article is intended to specify what rights are given to and what obligations are imposed on Ukrainian citizens who came to Poland in fear of the armed conflict that erupted on February 24, 2022. Poland, in order to grant residency rights and make life easier for Ukrainians in its territory, enacted a law enabling them to live in Poland on a daily basis. The article characterizes the law regulating these rights and also points to the solutions provided by the latest proposal for its amendment.
