A Research on analysis of effective management factors of commercial buildings
This study conducted literature and case studies for the effective management of commercial buildings, classified the management status into direct management, consignment management, and complex management, and analyzed the satisfaction of the consignor owner with the management of the commercial building through effective management factor analysis. I wanted to do it. As a result of cross-analysis, it can be seen that satisfaction with consignment management is higher than direct management in commercial building management. Next, looking at the results of the regression analysis, the satisfaction factors for commercial building management objectively indicate what building owners consider important when choosing each management company. In addition, since it was confirmed that there is a significant correlation between these factors and the satisfaction of building owners, it can be seen that as the level of each factor in the five building management areas increases, the satisfaction of commercial building owners with management will also increase.
