INCREASING THE ACCURACY OF THE ESTIMATION OF THE CAPACITY OF A DRILL RIG BY USING NEW INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES

Drilling rigs are manufactured in the form of separate parts in the factory. The main parameters and the order of installation of these parts are calculated based on the specified load capacity. These parts are delivered to the oil drilling site and assembled there. Certain mistakes can be made by assemblers during assembly, as well as in the factory. Also, the quality of the material can be affected by wear of the materials used and weather conditions. Therefore, after installation, it should be checked. The method for checking their carrying capacity is based on the vibration method. The proposed device performs this task automatically. The rig is subject to vibration. At this time, the rig begins to be exposed to various frequencies, vibrations and noises. All mixed vibration is converted into a chaotic signal using a accelerometer. The task of the device is to find a specific frequency of the rig in this chaotic signal, exclude the remaining interfering frequencies and measure its load capacity based on the specific frequency of the rig using an empirical formula. The specific frequency is measured in two modes: no load and under load. The load capacity in the final empirical formula is found as a function of these two quantities. The found carrying capacity must be taken into account when operating the rig.
