MODERN INFORMATION-MEASURING AND CONTROL SYSTEMS IN DRILLING, EXPLOITATION AND MAINTENANCE OF OIL AND GAS WELLS
An intelligent information-measuring and control system has been developed to provide efficient collection, registration, processing of data from various sensors on factors related to the operation of oil and gas wells, as well as operational decision-making. The structural and functional models of the intelligent information-measuring system used in drilling, exploitation and maintenance of oil and gas wells is based on the collection and registration of static, statodynamic and dynamic parameters monitored in the process. After primary processing of the measurement results for operative and correct decision-making in the functional model, based on the measurement and database results, taking into account the norm limits, error assessment, comparative analysis, analysis of the data according to the form, and investigation of external and internal influencing factors for the current situation, and at the same time based on the semantic evaluation, the analysis of the results in the fuzzy logic constructor simulator are provided. The possibility of the digital transmission and reception center to send the information related to the research well to the infrastructure management center and department together with the information related to other wells, the possibility of operative performance of measurements and information management, the issues of realization of the possibilities of diagnostic results contributing to the normal course of technological processes in the research well are solved. Increasing the effectiveness of the results should be accompanied by an improvement in the quality of the product
