Construção de fractais no GeoGebra: uma aplicação da Álgebra Linear

The aim of this paper is to present a gallery of fractals generated in GeoGebra using the concept of similarity, inherent to Linear Algebra, which consists of a composition of transformations such as a rotation, a translation and an homothety. Iterative constructions classified as fractals by Border, by Removal, of the Dürer type, and of the Tree type are presented. Exploratory and explanatory methodologies are used because the aim is to investigate and discover through visual and iterative examples, how the similarities along with the GeoGebra software, reproduce fractals. As the main contribution of this work, we present tables with the mathematical parameters required in the construction algorithm to reproduce twenty-one animations that can be used in the classroom as an application of Linear Algebra or by any curious reader who appreciates the beauty of mathematics.
