Tax reform is an important momentum that began in 1983 which was accompanied by the implementation of the self-assessment system. Tax reform also continues to increase its role through bureaucratic reform, reorganization, and other quality improvements. The reform efforts are certainly aimed at strengthening the government order of the Republic of Indonesia, one of which is in the economic field. Efforts to strengthen the government order are the responsibility of various parties, one of which is generation Z in Indonesia. Generation Z Indonesia is a taxpayer or prospective taxpayer who will continue the struggle for tax reform in Indonesia. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the role of Generation Z in tax reform through literature study.
