Enhancing Network Security for Automated Processes in Nuclear-Electric Power Plants
Automated processes play a pivotal role in enhancing the safety, efficiency, and reliability of nuclear reactor plants. This paper presents a comprehensive approach to securing automated processes in nuclear reactor plants, encompassing a structured methodology from problem definition to model refinement. The paper outlines the challenges associated with securing critical systems such as control rod movement, coolant flow control, and safety systems, and proposes a systematic framework for addressing these challenges. Through data collection, preprocessing, model structure selection, parameter estimation, model validation, analysis, interpretation, predictions, simulations, and refinement, the paper provides a holistic perspective on securing automated processes in nuclear reactor plants.
