Analisa Penggunaan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Puskesmas dengan Metode HOT-Fit di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pademangan

ABSTRACT The enhancement of health information systems quality with the development of information systems at Community Health Centers, which serve as basic service units generating health data. Puskesmas serves as the primary data source for health information systems. The purpose is to examine the relationship the utilization of the Puskesmas management information system and net benefits at Puskesmas in the Pademangan District. This research employs a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The population in this study were all health workers at community health centers that used SIMPUS. Data were collected by using questionnaires and analyzed by using univariate and bivariate (chi square test) analyses. The results with the highest percentage in the good category are structure, environment, information quality and net benefit of 97.4%. There were correlations of system use, user satisfaction, structure environment, system quality, information quality, and service quality (p-value 0.001) with net benefit at Puskesmas in the Pademangan District. Keywords: Net Benefit, SIMPUS, Health Center, HOT-Fit ABSTRAK Peningkatan kualitas sistem informasi kesehatan dimulai dari membangun sistem informasi di Puskesmas, sebagai unit pelayanan dasar menghasilkan data kesehatan. Puskesmas menjadi sumber data primer dari sistem informasi kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui penggunaan sistem informasi manajemen Puskesmas terhadap net benefit di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pademangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Teknik sampling dengan teknik total sampling. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas yang menggunakan SIMPUS. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat (chi-square). Hasil analisis data persentase tertinggi kategori baik yaitu struktur, lingkungan, kualitas informasi, net benefit dengan 97.4%. Adanya hubungan antara penggunaan sistem, kepuasan pengguna, struktur, lingkungan, kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan (p-value 0.001) dengan net benefit di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pademangan.
