DAMPAK KUNJUNGAN WISATA RELIGI DAN PELUANG USAHA TERHADAP PENDAPATAN PEDAGANG DI SEKITAR MASJID ISTIQLAL JAKARTA

The tourism sector is one of the sectors with the most potential at the moment and aims to become an additional source of regional original revenue. (PAD). The Central Jakarta area has several religious tourist attractions, one of which is the Istiqlal Mosque. The local community needs this religious tourism area to increase income through opportunities to start businesses (trading). This research aims to determine the impact of religious tourism visits and business opportunities on traders' income. The research used is quantitative with a descriptive approach, and the data collection methods are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data processing methods include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, and coefficient of determination tests. From the test results, it was found that the religious tourism variable has a negative impact on income. The business opportunity variable has a positive and significant effect on income. The religious tourism and business opportunity variables together have a positive and significant effect on income. The determination test of the impact of religious tourism objects and business opportunities for traders is not significant to the income in Istiqlal, with a result of 49.8%.
