Forensic aspects of understanding criminal trends in the development of the gambling business in relation to certain territories of the Russian Federation
The historical background and modern criminal trends in the development of the gambling business are considered. A forensic understanding of the essence of criminal schemes used in the past and today is given. A forensic analysis of examples of investigative practice is carried out and some conclusions are formulated for its improvement.
