Applied problems of using special knowledge in the investigation of crimes related to the illegal production and trafficking of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products
The article examines the problems of law enforcement practice of investigative units of internal affairs bodies related to the use of special knowledge in the investigation of crimes on the illegal production and trafficking of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products. Based on the analysis of normative legal acts, materials of scientific research and criminal cases, recommendations are made on sampling seized objects for forensic examinations, features of estimating the value of seized goods and establishing the fact of counterfeit products.
