It appears that the Algerian country has long striven to seek knowledge in all its forms, and it came to it from all its gates with the intention of standing on its rational and transmitted, so it mastered its origins and chapters by deduction and graduation on the basis of scholars who built their writings on the pillars of investigation, and fortified them with walls of scrutiny, so they were truly stars to be guided by, in their calamities, especially in the scientific capital of Mazouna, which reflected the political, economic and social features. The financial system was of great importance in the Algerian economy during the Ottoman era, as the circulating currencies varied between local and foreign, and with the advent of the Ottoman era, with its well-known currency, the Sultani - the first gold coin circulated in Algeria - the economic arena was filled with the provisions of financial transactions and the incidents of exchange and currency, which reflect the components of sovereignty and leadership of the Kingdom of Algeria during the Ottoman rule.
