<b>EXPERIENCIAS DE MUJERES EN UNA RED INTERNACIONAL DE INVESTIGACIÓN EDUCATIVA: INCLUSIÓN Y EQUIDAD DE GÉNERO EN LA PRODUCCIÓN CIENTÍFICA</b>

The experience of women who are part of an international educational research network is described. A qualitative, descriptive study was carried out in which 10 researchers were interviewed. They all agree that, through their collaboration on the network, equity and inclusion are guaranteed, since in this type of groups entries are not hierarchized or prioritized by gender. It is concluded that, although gender equality has not been fully guaranteed in the scientific field, with this type of networks they have been able to position themselves in a better way.
