IMPROVING EFFICIENCY OF PERSONNEL MOTIVATION SYSTEM ON THE BASIS OF KPI PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION - Drive

The paper considers the system of labor motivation, its essence and its main forms, as well as modern problems of labor motivation. The current system of motivation of labor activity of the enterprise personnel is analyzed and their effectiveness is assessed. The ways of improving the motivation of labor of the enterprise employees and reserves for increasing the efficiency of using the enterprise's labor resources by implementing the KPI - Drive program are presented. Labor is one of the factors of production, its indicators affect the key performance indicators of the enterprise as a whole. The motivation system is an important component of the personnel management system, since it is aimed at stimulating employees to work more efficiently. Effective activity of each employee, in turn, forms the indicators of labor productivity in the enterprise as a whole. Ensuring high results of labor activity is facilitated by an up-to-date motivation system. To form an effective mechanism for personnel management based on motivating employees to productive and creative work, it is necessary to study their needs, motives, values. HR personnel at enterprises experience the need to increase the motivational component and the need to improve their skills. In the context of increasing competition, personnel motivation is an extremely necessary measure. However, it is also important to evaluate the effectiveness of the built motivation system, which determines the relevance of the research topic.
