Study on the torsional vibration calibration machine with the eccentric shafts
The torsional vibration calibration machine with the eccentric shaft is developed in this paper. The standard torsional vibration can be produced by the eccentric shaft at the two ends of the torsional spring, while two servo motors are employed respectively as the driving motor and the loading motor. Both the simulation and the test data illustrate that up to 10° torsional angle amplitude can be excited by the machine corresponding to (0–300) r/min. The uncertainty experimental study of the torsional vibration calibration is also conducted, and the expanded uncertainty of the torsional vibration amplitude is evaluated as 1.2 % ( k = 2).
