Assembling Subjects in Personalized Medicine: the Patient’s Reflexive-Existential Psychological Characteristics
In the context of active implementation of the concept and scientific-technological project of personalized medicine in domestic healthcare, one transforms the relationship between the doctor and the patient into an assembly of subjects understood as creating a generated holistic subject and as a way to solve the cognitive problem of managing the life quality by the patient’s “health” parameter. The article presents the results of a psychodiagnostic study (2022-2024) to assess the personal parameters of the neurological patients’ life quality by the “health” indicator (reflexivity, existential attitude, responsibility and leading life-meaning orientations). The paper presents a reflexive-existential model of managing the life quality by the patient’s “health” indicator in personalized medicine, aimed at the possibility of psychological identification of the patient’s important subjective qualities for implementing preventive and psychocorrectional measures to patients with chronic diseases.
