A sample of 200 participants (N=200), consisting of wrestling and judo players, was selected through random sampling methods. These individuals were categorized by age, specifically between 18 and 25 years, and included 100 wrestling players and 100 judo players who competed at the national level. Data collection was conducted using GWB and PTSD Questionnaire, developed by Dr. Vijay Laxmi Chaunhan and Ravi Kirti Didwania in 2017,and by F. W., Litz, B. T., Keane, T. M., Palmieri, P. A., Marx, B. P., & Schnurr, P. P. (2018), respectively. The analysis involved calculating the mean, standard deviation, and 't'-value to assess the significance of differences between the two groups, with a level of significance at 0.05. The findings of the study indicated that wrestlers have better general wellbeing than judo players; women athletes' wellbeing surpasses men. PTSD tally are similar in both sports.
