The role of telemedicine consultations in improving the accessibility and quality of specialized, including high-tech medical care.

Regional medical organizations providing specialized, including high–tech medical care, are increasingly using the opportunities to receive professional support from leading federal medical organizations – national medical research centers (NMICS). This happens even if there are risks associated with strict control in the compulsory health insurance system over the fixation and implementation of the recommendations of NMIC doctors. The use of telemedicine technologies is becoming such an important area of activity for many federal medical organizations that it requires the allocation of additional material and human resources, changes in the structure and financial flows in these organizations. The paper analyzes both the external and internal environment of the NMICS functioning within the framework of their telemedicine consultations on the provision of specialized, including high-tech medical care.
