To the Editors, We thank the authors 1 for their comments and contributions.We agree that echocardiography gives real-time information about right heart function and situations like intracardiac thrombus.However, computed tomography findings may be helpful in situations like, if echocardiography is not available and an initial decision such as hospitalization or intensive care unit referral is needed.
