Development Of Alliance Strategy in The Implementation Of Risk-Based EPC Projects To Enhance Cost Performance Capacity Of PT XYZ

This study analyzes the strategy for developing road infrastructure in Tamansari Village using a SWOT analysis approach. The purpose is to formulate an effective strategy to enhance social and economic growth in the village through improved infrastructure. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative method, involving primary data from interviews and observations and secondary data from various references. The findings reveal that Tamansari Village's road infrastructure development aims to optimize natural resource potential, enhance the local economy, and improve the quality of life for residents. Strengths include strong community participation and government support, while weaknesses include limited budgets and road maintenance issues. Opportunities such as economic growth and tourism development contrast with threats like policy changes and worker safety risks. The study concludes that addressing these challenges requires strategies including improved budget management, workforce training, socialization, and maintenance programs to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of road development efforts. The results provide insights for policymakers and stakeholders in rural development initiatives.
