AGRICULTURAL MANAGEMENT AS A LOCOMOTIVE FOR FORMING FOOD SECURITY OF THE COUNTRY

The article discusses issues related to the efficiency of agricultural production in the Russian Federation, and, in particular, crop production. An analysis of the values of indicators of the specific gravity of production of the main types of crop products was carried out. An assessment of the values of indicators of the sown area for the cultivation of main crops in the Russian Federation was carried out. Appropriate conclusions have been drawn and promising areas of development have been identified.
