Implement Website Application For Medical Record Using The Prototype Method

As one of the healthcare facilities that provides direct services to patients, Praktik Mandiri Bidan (PMB) Ika Mardiyanti want to give the best service to patients. But, the service process still relies on manual methods. Based on interview, the challenge is difficulties in managing the large number of forms that need to be filled out manually. This study implements a web-based medical record information system. The system consists of some features such as patient menu, medication menu, service menu, medical record menu, billing, and report menu. The method is used in this study is prototype method contains system requirement analysis, rapid design modeling, user interface system creation, and testing system. The system was developed using PHP with Laravel framework, and MySQL as database. Testing method using Blackbox Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methods. The result show that system manages data effectively, improves the recording process, and enhances efficiency in medical record data report. The result of blackbox testing achieved 100% success rate and UAT reached 99% satisfaction rate, indicating that the system was well-received by user.
