This research undertakes a detailed examination of AR’s fundamental use for retail marketing, which lies in its unique ability to improve customer engagement and boost the quality of their in-store shopping experiences. The study will start with a complete outline in which AR technology will be given a thorough briefing covering its multiple applications that can transform the retail industry. Specific examples are given, including various cases in which the mentioned AR technologies are being used by innovative retailers to improve their customer experience.
