This study presents new findings that are considered relevant to the condition of the Indonesian workforce, which is dominated by the millennial generation. This research is particularly urgent due to the significant increase in the use of technology accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic. Millennials, who use technology extensively, are particularly vulnerable to higher levels of IT stress compared to other generations. The increasing reliance on digital technologies exacerbates technostress, highlighting the need for more research to understand and mitigate its impact. Companies need to address technostress to improve mental health, job satisfaction, and overall well-being and can implement a sustainable digitalization strategy that prioritizes employee health and work-life balance.
