Artificial Intelligence in Massive Open Online Course: A Systematic Literature Review

Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) are becoming one of today's most widely used learning methods where people can quickly get good quality courses for free. With the help of artificial intelligence, MOOCs are becoming more significant and more effective. AI can monitor user patterns and performance based on the feedback they provide. This research aims to see how attached AI is to MOOCs and the reciprocity they get. Of the 175 studies discovered by the authors during this study, 27 were used as primary references. Researchers use a Systematic literature Review with two research questions: What is the benefit of AI implementation in MOOCs? What are the features of AI in MOOCs? The Researchers believe this paper can further improve performance and effectiveness in the existing MOOC learning system. This research paper explores the relationship between Artificial Intelligence and MOOCs.
