Diffraction Radiation of Electron Beam from Graphene Strip on Grounded Dielectric Substrate

We consider the diffraction radiation of the time-harmonic modulated electron beam moving above the graphene strip placed on the grounded dielectric substrate in IR range, in the H-polarization case. Method of integral equations is used. The maximum of radiation is observed in the plasmon resonances.

Abstract

We consider the diffraction radiation of the time-harmonic modulated electron beam moving above the graphene strip placed on the grounded dielectric substrate in IR range, in the H-polarization case. Method of integral equations is used. The maximum of radiation is observed in the plasmon resonances.
