Topologically dark metamaterials for optical sensing

Our research focuses on utilizing topologically dark metamaterials to achieve exceptionally high spectral and phase sensitivity in detecting biological binding events. The proposed approach can provide a plenty of sensing modalities in wearable electronic devices like multifunctional smart contact lenses.
