Cytometer on-chip with fully integrated photonics
We present a micro-flow cytometer with photonics and fluidics integrated on-chip. Realizing the illumination of cells and the collection of scattered light, the device is the first miniaturized cytometer to discriminate between leukocyte subtypes in a full peripheral blood mononuclear sample.
