Characterizing Raman Gain Efficiencies and SRS Induced Tilt in C+L+U bands

Raman gain efficiency of a terrestrial grade fiber and a submarine fiber are characterized in the L- and the U-band. The spectral tilt induced by stimulated Raman scattering in a multiband - C+L and C+L+U bands - transmission system is evaluated.
