On-chip Quantum Dot Lasers for Photonic Processing Unit on Silicon-Based Heterogeneous Platform
We introduce a parallel photonic processing unit on a silicon-based heterogeneous platform, optimized for on-chip quantum dot lasers. The complete system, offering enhanced compactness and energy efficiency, is complemented by a hardware-aware training framework tailored to support a lightweight and robust neural network model.
