High-speed and robust 2D-perovskite photodetectors enabled by planar nanocavity engineering

Advancements in photodetector technology are crucial for optical communication and imaging systems. To meet these demands, we've developed high-speed and ultrastable photodetectors using ultrathin 2D metal halide perovskites and planar nanocavity. Our method overcomes traditional constraints related to thickness and absorption, thereby optimizing device speed.

Abstract

Advancements in photodetector technology are crucial for optical communication and imaging systems. To meet these demands, we've developed high-speed and ultrastable photodetectors using ultrathin 2D metal halide perovskites and planar nanocavity. Our method overcomes traditional constraints related to thickness and absorption, thereby optimizing device speed.
